Josh Karlson represents the next generation of leadership at Ledgers. After starting with the firm while attending college, he earned his accounting degree from San Francisco State University before spending several years in public accounting, specializing in tax and audit services with a focus on the construction industry.

Today, Josh is proud to continue the family business, helping clients with accurate financial reporting, practical guidance, and personalized service. He is committed to building lasting relationships and providing the reliable support businesses need to succeed. Josh resides in Hercules, California, with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time exploring the area’s local walking and hiking trails.
